DELIVERY
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide from Poland.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time to European Union countries is 5-10 business days, rest of the World – 2-4 weeks.
The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate.
How you will ship my package?
European Countries:
We ship using Poczta Polska - polish standard post service or DPD parcel service. It depends on weight, destination country and shipping cost. We ship by carrier we feel is the best to deliver your order.
Rest of the world:
We ship using Poczta Polska - polish standard post service.
Buyers from the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - please note that your local postal services do not scan the tracking numbers of small parcels (letters) therefore for these countries no all shipments can be be tracked online.
When you are ordering bigger products (like beanbag backdrops), or more items in one order, then your parcel will be trackable. Please contact us for detailed information.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
What is your return/exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
The items must be unused for health/hygiene reasons in order for us to accept them.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns/exchanges for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
Who is responsible for shipping charges?
When returning items the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

What is the size of your products?
Most of our items are designed to fit average sized newborn babies that are within the first 14 days of life.
Newborn:
Height: 17-21 in / 43-53,5 cm
Weight: 5-8 lbs / 2,3-3,6 kg
